The location is in a marvellous and particularly good spot in the town centre. The bets part that it's adjacent to surrounding areas as well as York, Harrogate, Wetherby, Leeds, Scarborough. Make sure you stay in the mobile home with the view of the garden...

The mobile home, while tidy, showed its age, which might not suit everyone's taste-some areas could certainly use a bit more upkeep. Noise from the pub yard could be bothersome, especially during busier hours, so don't expect complete quiet. The availability of food was limited to one short window on Sundays, and the roast dinner came with far too much gravy for my liking. A little more attention to detail with the cooking utensils and overall upkeep would go a long way in improving the experience.

easy access to parks and local landmarks for city explorers
I stayed here for 3 nights and found the caravan spacious and comfy. It was just over a kilometer from the fine Tadcaster Viaduct, a great spot to admire the views during a leisurely stroll. And St Mary's Church a short walk away allowed me to explore the rich history of the area within minutes.

Family stay well worth it
The breakfast was just perfect! We had more than enough supplies to make a feast, including fresh bread and ham for sandwiches, that really came in handy. The caravan felt bigger on the inside. It was clean, cozy and perfect for our needs.
Sure, it wasn't exactly cheap but in the end, still worth it.

We had a wonderful one-night stay at The Jackdaw! The mobile home was cozy, and the complimentary breakfast supplies were fantastic. The pub atmosphere felt lively, though the music got a bit loud for my taste. A good experience.

Everything! It's a gem of a place to stay with the family as the kids have the secure play area and the grownups have the pub for refreshments! Lillian is an amazin host and left lots of breakfast and food items for us! The caravan was super cozy and clean, and there were even enough supplies for a full english breakfast! Definitely feelin grateful for such a lovely family spot!
the only thing was that the bed could have been a bit more comfy for my hubby, and there was a slight banging from the gate in the wind at night.

Cozy mobile home, reminded me of a retreat during the storm. Pub music way too loud at night, made it hard to relax.

would stay here again
The mobile home was cozy and warm, perfect during the storm outside. Free breakfast supplies included fresh bread, ham, and enough for a full English. Two toilets were great for us. The living area was spacious, and the kitchen had all the necessary utensils. There's even a lovely play area with chickens and a pet rabbit around.

Try to ask for a caravan located away from the pub yard for a quieter experience.
